FOR BERGAMO & BRESCIA 2023: THE ISPA EXHIBITION

After the exhibitions in Turin, Padua and Genoa, and as we wait for the winners of the 2023 edition to be announced on November 28, ISPA continues its journey in Italy.  The exhibition will run in Brescia from October 13 to November 19, on the second floor of Palazzo Martinengo, the  noble 17th-century building located in the hub of the Brixia (the Roman name for Brescia) archaeological area.

The exhibition features photographs by Matteo Bastianelli, Jean-Marc Caimi and Valentina Piccinni, Matteo Capone, Tomaso Clavarino, Enrico Genovesi, Schirra Giraldi, Giacomo d'Orlando, Paola Lai, Vittoria Lorenzetti, Matteo de Mayda, Pietro Romeo, Nicolò Panzeri, Valeria Scrilatti, Christian Velcich and Elisabetta Zavoli, all of whom tell emblematic stories about Italy’s transition to a more sustainable future. Their work is printed on “The Original” “The Original”, Photographic Paper di Fujifilm, the sponsor of the Italian Sustainability Photo Award.

Brescia and Bergamo share the title of Italian Capital of Culture 2023 and, as part of this initiative, the exhibition will also be in dialogue with Bergamo: the fourth edition of Fotografica, the Bergamo Festival of Photography, will present a new ISPA Talk on October 28.
